Breached Dunes at Fowler Beach

Took a drive out to Fowler Beach to take a look at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Breached dunes from a 2008 Nor'easter are allowing saltwater to flow into man-made fresh water areas. There's a battle brewing now over what to do: restoration or let nature take its course.
